Preparation Steps for the Session

Prepare for at least 2 hours of uninterrupted time, treating it as a sacred ceremony. Avoid rushing or squeezing it into a busy day. After this meditation, allow yourself to relax and savor the peaceful state. It’s not advisable to jump into work, meetings, or intense workouts immediately afterward. Instead, consider gentle activities like walking in nature, taking a bath or shower, and journaling to integrate the experience.

  • Use this session in a calm and comfortable space, preferably lying down on a bed or sofa with your eyes closed.
  • Wear comfortable clothes and have a blanket handy to stay warm. Remove any jewelry before starting the session.
  • Using headphones is recommended (preferably on-ear and wireless), although not mandatory.
  • Consider using a blindfold or scarf to cover your eyes unless your environment is already very dark.
  • Remember to stay hydrated by drinking enough water to prevent headaches and maintain your well-being.
  • Visit the restroom beforehand to minimize interruptions during meditation.
  • Light food is recommended before sessions – avoid heavy meals.
  • Don’t forget to hit the ‘Do Not Disturb’ button for your phone, mute calls, and minimize distractions. We’re aiming for zen, not chaos! 🙂

Navigating Your Experience

  • When you’re all set to begin, hit play on the track and adjust the volume. You’ll notice a soothing heartbeat-like sound in the background – those are the frequencies guiding you on this journey.
  • Now focus on your breath. Take slow, deep breaths, and with each exhale, release any tensions in your body and thoughts in your mind, letting them drift away.
  • Release control, surrender, and embrace the role of the observer, free from judgement, as you witness your body and mind in this moment.
  • Embrace everything that arises during the session. Whether it’s physical sensations like tingling or warmth from increased blood circulation, emotions like gratitude or sadness, thoughts, memories, vivid visualizations, or a sense of weightlessness – it’s all part of the experience. Allow yourself to accept and express these sensations, rather than suppress or control them. Simply observe and listen to what your body is communicating during this 50-minute journey.

Post-Session Integration

  • After the session concludes, allow yourself time to return to the present space. You may feel deeply relaxed. Be kind to your body, hydrate with water, and do some gentle stretching.
  • Allow yourself time for integration. Consider journaling as a powerful tool to deepen your insights and track your progress. Grab a notebook and write about your thoughts and feelings after the session.
  • The journey doesn’t stop when the track ends. Take it easy, be kind to yourself, and observe how you navigate the world around you. You may notice changes in your thoughts, actions, and interactions in the hours or days following the session.

Important!

  • Do not perform any sort of activities while listening to the session – especially not walking, running, driving vehicles, swimming or bathing!
