How to Listen: For the best results, use stereo headphones or earplugs, drink a glass of water before starting, turn off phone notifications, and ensure you’re relaxed with your eyes closed and free from distractions throughout the session. Once you start falling asleep, you can remove the headphones to rest comfortably.

Deep rest, Recovery, Unwind and Chill-out: These four tracks are specifically designed to guide you into a deep mental state conducive to achieving deep sleep. Use them while in bed, and if you start to fall asleep during the session, you can remove your earplugs or headphones. Over time, and with consistent use, your brain will learn to fall asleep more easily and maintain a restful state on its own.

Energizer: This track was designed to boost both mental and physical energy upon waking. It can be used with or without headphones. For optimal results, use it no more than once in a row, and consider drinking a glass of water before the session to enhance the experience.

By Insomnia: This session trains your brain to produce SMR (Sensorimotor Rhythm) brainwaves, which are crucial for falling asleep and maintaining restful sleep more easily. Use it two to three times a week, and it can be used with your eyes open.
