When will I notice an effect?
Generally, you should have a positive experience from your first session. Major improvements typically begin to manifest within a few weeks, provided you use the program regularly and consistently (4 to 5 times per week).
Do I need to use headphones?
We recommend using stereo headphones for the best possible outcome. Ensure they fit comfortably to avoid distractions. On-ear headphones with noise-cancelling features are ideal, but good-quality ear buds will work as well. Perform a stereo test before using the headphones to ensure proper audio quality and alignment.

How can I relax at the beginning of a session?
To maximize the benefits of this technology, it’s important to be relaxed during the session. Most sessions will require you to close your eyes. In the following sections, we will describe a few techniques to help you achieve relaxation.
Body scan:
Start by scanning your body for tension, beginning at your toes and gradually moving your attention up to your head. Repeat this process if necessary, ensuring each area is fully relaxed before moving on to the next. Be sure to spend extra time relaxing your neck, jaw, and tongue, as these areas often hold additional tension.
Eye position:
For almost all sessions, your eyes should remain closed throughout. Closing your eyes reduces external input to the brain, allowing it to better focus on your inner landscape.
Positioning your eyes correctly can help you achieve a relaxed or trance-like state more quickly. Gently move your eyes upwards as if you’re looking at a spot in the middle of your forehead. If this position feels uncomfortable, avoid straining and adjust as needed.
The Beats:
All sessions feature beats. Focus your attention on these beats; this will help clear your mind and enhance your experience by increasing entrainment.
Visualization:
One effective way to relax quickly is by visualizing an object and zooming in on it. Continue zooming in until you reach the smallest detail of the object. Once you’re there, focus your attention on the object until you start to feel a sensation of ‘floating.’ At this point, simply let go and relax.
How to breath:
Breathe deeply and fully into your abdomen. When you inhale, your belly should rise, which indicates that you are breathing correctly.
Inhale and exhale at the same rate. As you exhale, imagine that you are releasing all the tension from your body.
Note that you may experience random itches while trying to relax. Instead of scratching, simply ignore them; they will pass after a few seconds.
